If you don't have the time or inclination to train at the gym you can opt for home training where one of our trainers will visit and take you through your fitness session at home.
You may like to meet your trainer at a local park. We'll come equipped with all of the necessary equipment to help you complete your session. Exercising outdoors offers different kinds of training scenarios and fresh air can also help improve your mood.
If you work long hours and prefer to relax when at home, training in your office or nearby can be a more suitable option. You can fit an entire exercise workout into your lunch break.
If the above suggestions don't suit you just let us know. You may require an opponent for a game of squash or someone to play 1 on 1 basketball against. We are always open to suggestions and as long as it improves your fitness, it's in our job description!
